The tour is taken first and then the meal is served in the restaurant. | The schedules are pre-selected and there can be no change in the order of the experience. | If you need to add an extra person, it must be done by transfer and with prior contact to (441) 138 8731, the additional person has a cost of $1,299. | We ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your reservation, as the experience begins at the scheduled time; after this time, the experience is lost.

Important information for your visit

Everything you need to know

Before visiting us, we invite you to review our REGULATIONS to improve your experience. Remember that we have REGULATIONS for each of our areas. By purchasing an experience, you agree and accept that the tasting of alcoholic beverages is only for adults aged 18+ with a valid official ID.
Arrive 15 minutes before your reservation to ensure it is respected. In case of no-show, there are no refunds or returns. The online reservation system closes one day before your visit. If you don’t make a reservation, you will be put on a waiting list according to availability.
Children can enter as long as they are supervised by an adult and their behavior does not affect the tranquility of the place and our visitors. If this is not complied with, we will need to ask for their departure from the premises. For tours, signing a liability waiver is required for entry. In the case of TASTINGS, minors are not allowed to enter.
With the intention of guaranteeing easy access for all our visitors, we have an elevator, which allows everyone to enjoy the Donato experience. We are one of the few vineyards that have access to cellars and restaurant by this means.
We recommend bringing a hat, sunscreen, and comfortable footwear for your tour. In autumn and winter seasons, we recommend coming warmly dressed, with comfortable footwear for your tour. Remember that it is not possible to enter the premises with professional cameras and equipment for professional photo sessions.
It is not possible to enter with external elements to the vineyard for holding events. If you require a picnic service or private event, we have an event agency within the vineyard with which you can request a quote at least 3 days in advance.
Spaces can be rented within the vineyard to conduct professional photo sessions. Ask about our special days at 441 138 8731.
We have specialized service for tour operators. Please share your contact information via WhatsApp at 441 203 6584.
For invoicing, we have a limit of the first 5 business days after your consumption within the ticket. To receive support, we ask you to write to us at ventas@donato.com.mx. The process may take a while. We are here to support you with anything.
By purchasing an experience, you agree to the responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages for entry. We reserve the right of admission in case of non-compliance with the company’s code of behavior, with no refund of the activity applicable.
